Perigee takes over Satin and Catalliances activities
As a step of its growth strategy towards new inudstries, and in order to be one of the actors of the forseen market concentration, Perigee takes over Prodware's Satin and Catalliances activities.
The two content management software will then benefit from an extended maintenance. The team in charge has indeed joined Perigee, within the Services Team, in order to offer to the current Satin & Catalliances' customers the required level of maintenance for the right use of their solution. The customers will then be able to keep their existing system or evolve if they wish so towards the PSS (Perigee Software Suite) solutions.
