Data mutualisation allow users to share information in real time and to work collaboratively internally and via the internet. In order to optimise production, workflows are predefined and to-do-lists are displayed on each of the process actors' desktop.
All the actions, manual and automatic (update, file move…) are saved.
A company directory (LDAP compatible), coupled with access rights management allows each user to have a personalised vew of the data. Prior versions of the files always remain accessible. Regular backup and file replication are part of the other functional advantages of the integrated HSM (Hierarchical Storage Management).
The user-friendly interface requires no heavy training. Prsented like a classic explorer on all types of plateformes (PC, Mac, web). The files server is actually a database created to minimise system administration and quickly make users autonomous.
