Perigee Support

Perigee ensures support for PSS as well as for Catalliances et Satin, products which activities were bought at the beginning of 2009.

PWS, how does it work?

Perigee Web Support (PWS), the web portal dedicated to support at Perigee, allows users and administrators of your organisation's Perigee solution to establish contact with our consultants and to follow up in real time of the progress of your requests.

Perigee Web Support system efficiency has been approved by our customers. PWS ensure a comprehensive follow up of the incidents :

    1. Users type in the issues they faced via a specifique website.
    2. The incidents are automatically transfered to the Maintenance Manager and to the Client's project Manager.
    3. This process triggers a follow up workflow, real exchange tool between Perigee and the customer. Customers can then check the management of the incident in real time. Critical issues are always Perigee's team priority.
When opening a session, the user can either see all the incidents or only the ones he is involved in. Furthermore, PWS keeps track of all the registered elements.

BEWARE ! Quark 6 support stops soon

Perigee will stop Quark 6 Xtension support on the 1st of Febrary 2011.
After this date, any request related to the use of Quark 6 with PSS will be dealt with on a case by case basis and will induce a quote.
